By now everyone knows how incredible the T3 Roadster is for your portable airbrush tattoo stations. It has been such an amazing hit for private events and fairs and festivals. In fact, I use it everywhere I go as it is flexible enough to fit all of the extra items that I seem to carry along with me yet small enough for me to load/unload by myself. I simply keep all of my products inside of the case for the next event and load it easily into the back of my SUV.

What about those of you who don’t have SUV’s?  What about you who do airbrush tattoo events so little that you do not have all of that “extra” stuff that the rest of us seem to collect “just in case”. We realize that there are many of you who do not need all of the items in the AdvantagePLUS but do need just enough to go to a private party. For this, we have created a smaller package at a lower price point with exactly what you need, nothing else.

Our New VoyagerSYSTEM  was designed around our newest baby, the patent pending T5 Workstation. It is compact enough to fit into the back seat of any car yet big enough to be a complete workstation at any private event.  When you take the top off of the T5, you can unfold the legs (just like the T3) to become a work table.  Then, you put the rest of the box on top of your new table to be a fully functional business. Inside of the T5 you will find it divided into 4 sections to keep all of your items completely organized while working and to keep it all in place through transport.

The Voyager SYSTEM comes with the T5 workstation, a Universal compressor, 4 airbrushes, 5 colors of ink,  bottles, hoses, an alcohol dispenser, airbrush cleaner, stencils, a banner, a banner stand, instructions and MORE. The T5 comes with the new Z-6 Airbrush Hanger to neatly keep your airbrushes looking professional while you are working.

When you are finished, you neatly pack it all back up, put the top back on, and roll it away like a suitcase. It doesn’t get any easier to make money while having so much fun!

You don’t need to buy the entire VoyagerSYSTEM to get the T5 even though it s a great deal! The Patent pending workstation is available by itself; however, you should have the EBA products that fit into the T5 so that it works well for you. Please call us if you would like the T5 but not the entire system.

The Voyager SYSTEM as well as the patent pending T5 Workstation are both on Special this month. Take advantage of all specials while they last!

CLEANING AIRBRUSHES

HOW TO CLEAN AIRBRUSHES?

This article will help you to ease up the process of cleaning your EBA Axis DAB airbrushes or any bottom feed airbrushes. Here you will find answers to your questions about the cleaning process, frequency of cleaning and maximizing the speed of cleaning of your airbrushes.

How often should you clean an airbrush?

It is recommended to clean airbrushes after each event/day of operation especially if you will be going days without using the airbrush again. There are 2 types of cleaning that we recommend and we will help you to determine which one to use and when:

A. QUICK AIRBRUSH CLEANING

B. DEEP AIRBRUSH CLEANING

A. QUICK AIRBRUSH CLEANING

Cleaning Time: 2 minutes

First, you must determine the condition of the airbrush, when was the last time the airbrush was cleaned and when will be the next time the airbrush will be used again. Do not proceed with QUICK CLEANING if the airbrush has not been cleaned periodically, there are more than 2 days that the airbrush will not be used (or was not in use) or if the airbrush is in a poor condition. While performing your cleaning it is recommended to keep your airbrushes attached to an air source. You will be able to utilize the air source during the airbrush cleaning process.

Proceed to QUICK CLEANING if:

  • The airbrush will be used again within the next 2 days.
  • At the end of your event/day the airbrush functions fairly well, there were no significant clogging issues during the operation and no paint residues are present inside the trigger or past the O-Ring. (Previous condition must apply)
  • Any time during your event if you have not used the airbrush for hour or more and the airbrush does not operate properly.

QUICK CLEANING-MANUAL:

  • Run alcohol through the airbrush. This can be done by simply attaching a separate airbrush bottle with alcohol solution to it. You can also take a spray bottle and pump the alcohol into the airbrush (use the same opening where paint jar connects to the airbrush) while pushing on the trigger.
  • Next, unscrew and remove the airbrush head in one piece. Airbrush head includes needle cup, nozzle cup, and spray nozzle assembly (1, 2, 4)
  • Proceed with removing of the nozzle and wiping out the needle without pulling it. Make sure to carefully scrape off any hardened paint on the very tip of the needle. Proceed with caution avoiding bending of the needle or hitting the tip of the needle against a hard object.
  • Now release the needle stop screw (12) and pull the needle out in the direction of the needle tip (forward). This way you will not get any remaining paint inside of the airbrush body.
  • Lastly, carefully remove the nozzle and clean the nozzle. You can either use a spray bottle and pump alcohol through the nozzle or use EBA Airbrush Cleaning Brush which will precisely take off any paint dried out along the inside walls of the nozzle.
  • Assemble the airbrush

B. DEEP AIRBRUSH CLEANING

Cleaning Time: 2-4 minutes

Cleaning the airbrushes is an extremely important step. If you do not clean the airbrushes regularly, the paint will dry and the airbrush may not work.

Proceed to a DEEP CLEANING if:

  • You plan on not using your airbrushes for more than 2 days
  • The airbrush has not been used for more than 2 days
  • The airbrush is in a poor condition which includes frequent airbrush clogging, paint coming out of the trigger or back of the airbrush or if the paint entered past the O-ring
  • You have not performed a deep cleaning for more than a week of continuous airbrush use

DEEP CLEANING MANUAL:

1.       Over a flat surface lay a soft rag (it will get dirty).

2.       Use the highest % of alcohol that you can to clean.

3.       Take the whole airbrush apart except for parts 17-24 unless you MUST get inside of the airbrush. If you must take it off, please follow the instructions under step 6.

4.       Put all soak-able pieces (do not soak the main body and pieces 17-24) inside of the bucket/ tub of alcohol and soak them for 10- 15 min or more. Use EBA Airbrush Cleaning Kit to clean the body of the airbrush. Use extreme caution and small brushes for the man in order to prevent damages to the O-ring. If this piece is dislodged than the airbrush will not work.

5.       Gently clean each piece with cloth, EBA Airbrush Cleaning Kit or Q-Tips.

6.       Put the airbrush back together.

7.       If you needed to take off part # 24 please do so by applying extreme caution with the parts inside. There are several parts (#18-24) INSIDE OF this assembly and they will all pop out when part # 24 comes off.

8.       Carefully clean them one at a time. DO NOT SOAK any “o” rings as they might harden.

9.       Carefully assemble the airbrush back together.

 !WARNING!

*To clean the airbrushes always use the solvent that matches the paint composition. Please check with manufacturer.

It is recommended to always clean airbrushes over a flat surface with a soft rug avoiding paint stains and loosing of your airbrush parts.

The airbrush parts are small and they can disappear very easily. Please keep track of them. The #1 reason that the airbrushes do not work is missing/damaged parts.

Never soak airbrushes in the solvent. The only parts that can be soaked in mild alcohol are the nozzle, needle, airbrush head assembly (parts 1, 2, 4), trigger, spring, needle stop screw and needle guide. Do not soak any parts that contain rubber or plastic fittings and O-ring (main body).

* These numbers are based on European Body Art and some of European Body Art’s customer’s experience. They are not a guarantee and will vary from business to business.

Starting your own business

WHERE DO I START?
First, you need to evaluate what type of business you are in and what type of clientele will you be serving. Is your business a party/ rental company, entrepreneur planning on doing festivals and events, an amusement park or company bidding for amusement park location, salon owner, resort, zoo, aquarium or something else? This evaluation will ultimately determine what designs, equipment, displays, work stations and system you will need. Table 1. Will provide you with general cross reference chart as to what systems we recommend for what type of businesses based on our experience in each field. If you do not find yourself fitting any of these categories please let us assist you further: Call 1 800 991 4322.

WHAT PRICE SHOULD I PAY FOR A SYSTEM?
Again, this question is relevant to the business you are in and the budget you have.
As a general rule, the more you spent the more you should expect out of your investment, but as you know this statement is not always a true statement. There are systems for $200, $500, $2000 or even $10,000. You can spend $200 for a small system sold to you by a company claiming it to generate same profits as the $10,000 system. But, how would you know?
EBA systems will provide you with the best value for what you spend. Our systems will measurably outperform any competitor systems in terms of dollars made and we take that challenge each year seriously.
In the end you need to ask yourself a question…will $200 saved on cheaper system justify the 1,000’s or even 10,000’s of dollars you could be adding to your profits had you gone with a trusted company such as European Body Art? You need to evaluate your budget, know your clientele and make sure you do a good research. Go with company that will provide you with complete product selection, professional assistance from the first phone call you make and proven return on your investment. Ask for the numbers and ask for results. Can they prove it? Are we that company?…You can bet on it!!! Please see our Customer Testimonial page.

RETURN ON INVESTMENT (ROI)
It is not unusual for our customers to get their money back in 2 days. What business you are in and what venue you will choose will affect your return on investment. EBA systems can make up to $4,500/day. Splish Splash Water Park in Long Island, NY has two European Body Art systems on site. At the end of the 2006 summer season the park totaled $220,000 in airbrush tattoo sales. $4,000 per day is not an atypical number for this location. Table 1.will show you an income earning module estimating your income potential based on the business you are in. Here you will also find what type of system, what type of stencils and what type of equipment we recommend for each business category.

HOW ARE OUR SYSTEMS DESIGNED?
Our systems are designed from ground zero because that is where we started. WHAT IS IN A SYSTEM?

We then provide you with the right selection of EBA exclusive designs to make sure every customer’s business is captured. EBA professional workstations will keep your stencils, equipment and supplies organized at all times increasing the efficiency of your operation. Our dependable equipment will help you take care of your customers at the speed of the light. WHAT SETS EUROPEAN BODY ART APART FROM THE REST?
There are number of companies offering airbrush tattoo products and systems. Only a handful of these companies offer complete selection of products and professional business systems including experience backing up their products. A fewer of them are the actual manufacturer and direct seller of their products. And even fewer of them still engage in operating airbrush tattoo locations to keep up to date with the always changing demands of our clientele. After all, how can we provide you with a successful business system that we have no experience operating? How can we claim numbers if there is no game? We can only speak for ourselves. Today we are capable of designing systems that can bring in $220,000 in less then 4 months. Is there a company that can provide you with systems with the same results? Each year we invite other companies to take on our challenge and no one comes even close. So how do we do it? We simply design better systems than any other company in the world through our experience. Each year we spend months on the scene listening to our customer’s needs. Here is where new ideas emerge, new concepts become reality and our systems are perfected. So what does European Body Art has that other companies don’t?….We call it experience.

OUR SYSTEMS WORK LIKE NO OTHER
European Body Art will provide you with systems and products backed by real life experience and proven successful results. As stated previously, we do not only sell systems and equipment we still engage in airbrush tattoo retail operation spraying 10,000 airbrush tattoos on 10,000 customers each month. We organize and manage private events. We engage in non-profit fund raisers racing through as many customers as we can in couple of hours. Here, reality is turned into real dollar numbers, our systems are turned into pictures that you see in our catalogs and our customers tell our story. Our earnings are turned into true number statements and our experience will help you achieve the same goals. We can show you how to turn a $3,000 investment into $100,000 business. We do not talk to talk. We walk our talk.
We know what designs are hot at what location, what displays will make you the center of attention and what system will provide your customers with the best experience. We live for what we do and we love what we live for. Are there companies with the same experience? Sure there are. Many of our customers can tell you their success story of airbrushing tattoos (Please see our customer testimonial sheet) and we want you to be one of them. Many of our customers provide us with new ideas and guidance. Ultimately, our business depends on you and your success. This is why we do our best to provide you with our best.

HOW DO WE HELP YOU SUCCEED WITH YOUR SYSTEM?
