Here's Runic's Tribe Entry for July 2009.

Unfortunately the flash on my camera went out so the picture doesn't do the finished product full justice.  This is an EBA Extreme Design.

May I ask where you found that stencil?  BTW, I believe all entries must be of EBA designs.  I just emailed Stacy for clarification.

Hi Runic,
I was under the impression from the contest rules that freehand design was allowed. I cut and pasted where I read it below.

"All you need to do is upload your best tattoo (using EBA stencils of course) to this Topic Feed and monthly, we will pick the best design. **We encourage creativity in your free handing skills***, combining designs and color combinations."

So I used brushes and EBA paints.  I may have misinterpreted the free handing skills part.  If it's a problem then Stacey can delete it. Jeeze my very first post ever!  Don't want to cause problems.

Hi Lynn

My reply wasn't meant to say you caused a problem, I was just curious if it was a stencil.  I know others have entered non EBA designs and were not chosen because of that.  Keep on posting Smiley  Stacy will clarify the rule for us all.  How long did it take you to spray that tatt?

I didn't spray, I used paint brushes. It wasn't a stencil.  I copied a real tattoo.  I drew it on and then painted it.  I wish I was that good with an airbrush.

Yes, it seems that I need to clarify. Lynn, if you airbrushed this in, you did an amazing job and you clearly do have skills. However, Runic is right,  you must use an EBA Stencil and paints. You are free to add your free handing skills to the stencil but you must use our stencil. Not a problem, we acually appreciate you logging on and we enjoy newe posts! We hope to see you again next month with EBA Stencils (and your beautiful freehand work  Smiley)

Thank you to everyone who uploaded EBA designs.

Hi Stacey,
That's cool.  Please delete my posts.  My mistake.  I misunderstood.  I'll try again later. Thanks

If it is ok with you, we don't want to delete your posts. It is good information for everyone. Your not the only one who has not used EBA Stencil  Smiley. Besides, it shows your airbrushing/painting talent.

Can we keep it up?

I agree with Stacy, leave it up.  I was going to be amazed if it was airbrushed.  Hence I've never seen such fine-line detail airbrushed.

I personally think any form of art is great expression.  My post was only to question, not to criticize.

If you look around on other forums, there is much hate and discontent that I have stopped posting regularly because of it.  It's my hope that the EBA forum lacks that childish etiquette and sticks to positive posts.

Great job of painting, it's a great tatt!  How long did it take for you to paint it on?
